Returns and Refunds: We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer refunds within 14 days of receipt. If you receive a faulty item or an item that doesn't meet your satisfaction, please notify us within this period, and return the item to us in an unworn condition. Faulty items are those received damaged. Items that show signs of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. In cases of faulty items, we will strive to offer a repair whenever possible. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Please be aware that PHYGITALTWIN cannot refund postage and packaging charges or any applicable taxes and duties outside the EU.

Returned items should be unused and have all garment tags still attached. Our branded boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This ensures that the item(s) return to us in a suitable and undamaged condition. Please note that returns showing signs of damage or soiling may not be accepted.
