PHYGITALTWIN Returns and Refunds Policy

At PHYGITALTWIN, we are committed to fostering a sustainable and responsible approach to fashion. We encourage thoughtful purchasing and informed choices to reduce the practice of ordering multiple sizes and returning most of them.

Returns and Refunds

If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please fill out the returns form, ensuring the item is unworn and all tags are attached. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including within the UK and internationally.

For faulty items received damaged, we will strive to offer a repair or replacement. Items showing normal wear and tear are not considered faulty
